As a remodeling carpenter, painting comes with the job. You can’t build cabinets, and remodel homes without painting. And after a few years you get good at it. Especially when part of the project is spraying clear finishes onto some lovely new cherry cabinets.
The types of projects I do on a regular job.
- Interior and exterior painting of walls, trim, and siding.
- Exterior staining of siding and decks.
- Refinishing or touching up of existing finishes to kitchens, and other cabinets.
- Refinishing floors.
All projects start with a thorough cleaning, and sanding. Any needed repairs to trim siding or walls are made, cracks are caulked and spot primed
Work spaces are prepped to keep the
rest of the house clean and safe, and any lead paint issues
follow the EPA designated protocol .
